We're committed to sustainable practices, using only wild-caught fish and ensuring our meat is raised locally whenever possible. We believe passionately in the power of good wholesome food.
Our greens and vegetables are mainly organic and from farms within a 50 mile radius.

We are now also Lactose Free. (apart from the Ice Cream)
At De Food Truck, we use only high-quality ingredients from local and fully traceable sources. Every dish is lovingly prepared from scratch, ensuring great taste and wholesome quality.

We use canola oil for frying to avoid soy. And so you know, we have dedicated fryers for our fries and falafel making them vegan.
